I remember watching Matilda and hearing Ms.Trunchbull and Matilda father say the liens
“I’m big you're short ,I’m smart and your dumb and there's nothing you can do about
it”Those are one of the most remembers or lines in the movie and correlates to how I can
relate to the real world .I never really asked questions or spoke my mind about how I felt
about anything ,because it seemed as a child I didn’t have option in how I could feel and
what I could say.Adults always made it seem like they err perfect and always right and
they are the ones that had more privilege than us kids and can get away with almost
everything .In kindergarten I remember having a carefree teacher the ones that will allow
kids to bully other kids as long as no one hit each other .I remember her putting me on
red because I was tryna get my notebook back from a kid who stole it I basically chased
him around the room for it and the teacher of course said I was being a bad child .Then
came first grade I started reading a lot more and writing books My first book was called
the “ABC factory”Then came second grade .I was alway a bright kid ,there was nothing I
loved more than to read and write. My second grade teacher was the
meanest.Ms.Klosinski was her name. She was around 5’8 ,tall, skinny ,had short
strawberry blonde hair and very pale skin. She at three tattoos two on her arm.She would
often yell at student for no reason and was huge when it came to favoritism. She would
always buy 3 classmates happy meals everyday for lunch.Those. Three students were
the most quietest kids in class and wouldn’t stand up for themselves even when our
teacher was picking on them.Maybe that’s why she favored them over others .She liked
when she’s able to seem bigger than everyone else .She would also give them special
gifts. In class we would have a lot of writing assessment based on things such as
animals. We had a lot of writing freedom because we got to 100 control the narrative on
what we wanted to write. We end up having writing contest at our school and the winner
get a big baskets full of goodies and $500 .My teacher only gave her favorite 3 student a
private workshop at lunch for the writing contest. She would brag about into 3 of her
most favorite students winking and told them how they would win because the was “the
best in the class”.She repeated that almost everyday and sometimes would have
workshops for them to work on their writing while others would do work. She would only
pushed students to work hard that didn’t really need help in calls and basically left the
kids with concentration and need a little more prestigious to suffer .I wanted
to win the contest so i searched up the perfect word on google to describe exciting
events.I used examples of professional writers and children books as an example . I
wrote a story about a broken angel who had to recover his broken heart and wing.Three
weeks later it was time to submit my story and I won.
